02 We collect the following data:

a.) Website
Using our website, the browser used on your device automat­i­cally sends infor­mation to the server of our website. This infor­mation is temporarily stored in a so-​​called log file. The following infor­mation is collected without your inter­vention and stored until it is automat­i­cally deleted:
IP address of the requesting computer,
• date and time of the server request,
• website from which the access takes place (referrer URL),
• the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.
The afore­men­tioned infor­mation is only statis­ti­cally evaluated and used to improve the function­ality of our website and the attrac­tiveness of our offer. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legit­imate interest results from the warranty of a well-​​functioning connection set-​​up, the enabling of a comfortable and effective use of our website and for reasons of system security. We have no influence on the data processing by the respective service providers.

The processing of your personal data is based on our legit­imate interest in compre­hensive infor­mation and commu­ni­cation with you in accor­dance with Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. f) GDPR. 03 How do we use your data?

The infor­mation you have provided volun­tarily via our website (by e-​​mail) or via social media channels will only be used to process your request. If no contractual relationship is estab­lished between you and us, the infor­mation provided by you will be deleted as soon as your inquiry is completed. If we enter into a contractual relationship we will keep and process your data during the term of contract and store such data there­after for the applicable legal retention periods. There­after, we will delete your data. We collect and process your data on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. a) GDPR (“Your Consent”), if your inquiry relates to a contractual relationship on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. b) GDPR (“necessary for the perfor­mance of a contract”) and on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. f) GDPR (“legit­imate interest”).
